We went and met with Matt to look at carts and are very happy we did. He took time to explain options, and was very patient and knowledgeable. There was a cart in his showroom that we really liked, but wanted a few modifications. Matt was very helpful, and was able to get the modifications done and delivered in... less than a week. A follow up to my original review. Matt the owner called me to follow up on how my cart was going. After explaining that I wasn't getting the 25MPH Matt wanted to come pick up the cart and take a look at it personally. It turns out that all it took was some air in the tires and now it's going 25MPH. If your... thinking off upgrading or buying a new cart I would go visit one of Matt's & Danielle's locations. Had them upgrade my 2011 Club Car. It was going 18 to 19 MPH. It's now going 22 to 23MPH. A lot better, but was hoping for 25MPH for the price I paid for the upgrades. Matt, Danielle and Jake and the whole team are amazing!! I purchased a cart for my hubby for Christmas and it was delivered yesterday. It is absolutely perfect!!! Charleston Custom Carts is by far the place to purchase your golf cart!!! We love supporting Small business and by far- they really work hard to... provide a quality product and exceptional customer service. Their website builder is so easy use!! Once my quote was complete, they called me promptly, offered suggestions and ideas based off what my husband wants and needs. They have everything you need to accessorize your cart for every need - even got a flag pole installed for his POW/MIA flag!!! The cart turned out so much better then imagined - they truly made magic happed!!! Danielle kept in contact with me during the build and answered any questions I had while we waited for delivery. Every communication with the team was pleasant and they obviously go out of their way to provided awesome customer service. Definitely a refreshing change from the normal service I receive from company’s around the low country!! Jake delivered the cart and spent an hour demonstrating the cart, features and operations.
